Why this site?
I decided it made sense to make a blog to track some of my personal projects I’m working on. In my professional life as a Service Delivery Manager, documentation is king, and it should be no different when it comes to home projects. Be it messing around with home automation, creating data visualisation from my electricity suppliers API, or even a bit of DIY, I find it helps to have a place to document what I’ve been doing. By having clear documentation of what I’ve built, it helps solidify in my mind what I’ve learnt. It’s also incredibly useful for when something inevitably goes wrong in the future!
